☎️ Once we receive your Client Intake Form, we will send you an email with a link to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation with us. During the call, we'll discuss your needs, give you an overview of our services, and help you choose the best planning option for you.
Once the invoice for the selected option is paid, we will begin creating your proposal.
📖 By taking into account everything you share with us during our intake call, as well as our expertise and global connections, we'll create a proposal that's perfect for your needs. Your feedback during this phase is to ensure that we're providing exactly what you're looking for.
We want to make sure you receive all the components you deserve!
✏️ Once you give us the green light on your proposal, we'll send you an invoice for the deposit amount. Don't worry; we'll work with you to determine the deposit and due dates based on how soon your trip is and the partner you booked with.

Just a friendly reminder that we specialize exclusively in cruise bookings and cruise packages for our clients, ensuring a high-quality vacation experience on the water. We work with premium cruise lines and require a minimum budget for our tailored cruise itineraries, and we suggest a minimum budget of $10,000 for fully custom cruise packages. If your budget falls below the minimum, we'll discuss cruise options during your intake call. We're happy to suggest alternative cruise lines or itineraries if we can't deliver within your budget.
